Construction Broker
**Description** **The Role** We are seeking a Construction Broker to manage the day-to-day negotiation and placement of Commercial P&C programs for both new and renewal programs. The primary focus will be on national homebuilding clients and real estate developers, with emphasis on Builders Risk, OCIPs, and core Property and Casualty lines. Working on a specialty team and in partnership with senior brokers across business lines, the construction broker will coordinate closely with account teams to align negotiation strategy, manage portfolios and projects, help drive coverage innovation and maximize opportunities across a national client base.
