DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION
CONSTRUCTION and electrical start-up SUPERVISOR
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
He reports to the site manager and/or the superintendent for revamping or new work.
He reports to the Field Engineer for quality control activities, to the QA/QC manager if necessary.
He is responsible in his specialty and in his area of intervention for the execution of construction work and services according to the established programs.
- He directly supervises the subcontractors, immediately takes the necessary corrective actions in the event of a discrepancy with the HSE SITE PLAN, the execution plans, the operating procedures, the phasing, the quality procedures, the schedules and informs the site manager or superintendent.
- he applies the HSE PLAN.
- he adapts to the Site hours in the event of evolution or change of position
- He participates in the drafting of work permits and special permits
- He must be able to use digital tools and adapt to their changes (progress, EDM, etc.)
- he verifies that the Companies are working with the documents that are being properly revised (targeted at CODE2 at least)
- he examines the detailed schedules of the Companies and verifies its consistency with the Technip Energies schedule and the associated prerequisites.
- He ensures that the work permit applications of the companies for which he is responsible are in line with the scheduled activities,
- He prepares the orders for additional and additional work.
- He/she supervises and controls the output of equipment, e.g. piping, cables, instrumentation, with the Equipment Manager.
- He ensures that the companies for which he is responsible carry out their work with the appropriate work permits, issued by the Site Operator.
- He participates in the self-checks carried out by the companies, and reports to the QA/QC manager any non-compliance with the rules of the art or the client's standards.
- he monitors the weekly and monthly progress reported by the Companies.
- he verifies the information reported on the "as-built" documents.
- He carries out all the necessary mechanical checks (via VM plugs)
- He/she writes reserves if necessary via digital tools
- He writes the start-up procedures
- Prepares and supervises punch work lists.
- He participates in weekly meetings with subcontractors and suppliers:
-advancement
-quality
-security
and daily during the shutdown work.
- He participates in the start-up activities of electrical systems and installations
- He is responsible for Technip Energies for on-site quality control following procedures and reports to the Field Engineer.
- he provides the necessary technical assistance to companies, especially in the Engineering/Production interface.
- He reports every evening on the progress of the work on each intervention sheet or range. He may be assisted by an agent of the Companies, but he remains responsible for the report.
- He/she organizes the work according to the instructions of the Site Manager and/or the Superintendent.
- He controls the daily reports of the workforce present on site (via the RJMO) and reports to the zone manager.
- He writes feedback throughout the construction on the Technip Energies tool.
