Construction Administrative Assistant

Description

We are urgently seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our Construction Department. This is a high-priority, short-term role ideal for candidates with prior experience in construction administration. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth project execution and documentation.

Core Administrative Tasks:

Prepare and manage submittals and project status reports

Record and distribute meeting minutes

Process expense reports

Handle mailing and document distribution

Project & Financial Support:

Assist with rendering invoices (Proliance experience preferred, but no reallocations required)

Draft contracts and CSUMMs under the direction of Project Managers (no data entry into Proliance/Kahua required)

Help send DocuSign documents as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
