Transdev is hiring a Consolidation Project Manager - Solution Deployment, Project Management & Support (M/F)
As part of the Group Finance Transformation Department, the Consolidation Project Manager will lead the implementation of the OneStream consolidation solution across 550 reporting packages.
In this context, he/she will be responsible for driving the overall deployment of the solution, ensuring strong project governance, and applying best practices in both project management and consolidation processes.
The role will notably include:
- Managing the end-to-end deployment of the OneStream Consolidation solution
- Implementing best-in-class project management methodologies and consolidation process standards
- Coordinating all project stakeholders (business, IT, integrator, countries, Group teams)
- Organizing and running all project governance committees
- Designing and maintaining a detailed project plan covering all phases from Design to Hypercare
- Anticipating the needs of each project phase, including Communication and Training plans
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
His / Her main responsibilities will be:
- To promote process excellence via process design, optimization and validation, in line with the Country Coordinator and the Competency Center Business Process Manager
- To support the Country Coordinator on project management, providing PMO best practices and templates, notably for the Consolidation deployment
Main responsibilities on Communication and Governance
- Ensure roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders are clearly defined and understood
- Provide visibility on project milestones and overall progress
- Organize communication activities and workshops
- Collect feedback and propose solutions for arbitration
- Promote and support change management
- Organize and prepare all governance committees related to the project, together with the integrator
- Monitor project execution, track KPIs and ensure a continuous improvement process
Main responsibilities on Project Management and Delivery
- Define and maintain project organization, planning and timelines
- Coordinate all stakeholders to ensure flawless project execution
- Establish and maintain the risk matrix together with mitigating actions
- Organize workshops for business requirements gathering, especially for consolidation cycles, adjustments, reporting, tax, etc.
- Document all functional specifications and provide IT with all required inputs for technical specifications
- Coordinate and review all build activities
- Ensure stakeholders deliver on time and remain fully engaged
- Organize and coordinate all project phases, including Data Migration, UATs, Cutover and Training
- Measure project performance, including user adoption, and implement corrective action plans when necessary
