What will I be doing?
As the Lobby Greeter, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Welcome all guests with warmth, poise, and professionalism, reflecting the highest standards of luxury service
Be the brand ambassador of the hotel, providing a positive \"first impression\" while guests walk in to the hotel
Create a memorable first impression through attentive, personalized, and discreet guest interaction
Identify guest needs and provide accurate assistance or direction with elegance and efficiency
Support guest registration and arrival procedures with attention to detail and confidentiality
Coordinate closely with front office, security, and operations teams to ensure a seamless guest journey
Maintain the lobby area in immaculate condition, ensuring an atmosphere of sophistication and comfort
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with composure, discretion, and solution-oriented service
What are we looking for?
A Lobby Greeter serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behavior, skills, and values that follow:
• Minimum of 2 years as a Guest Relation / Customer Care Executive in the hospitality Industry.
• University graduate / hotel management / hotel school diploma (diploma in Public Relation advantageous).
Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of service excellence and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm, courteous, and polished in a fast-paced luxury environment
Willingness to work on a shift basis
