Responsibilities: reporting to the CSR department, you will work with the teams in charge of these themes and contribute to the progress of their initiatives.

External missions:

Management and animation of LinkedIn pages: research and proposal of content, planning of publications, monthly reporting.Participation in external events related to targeted themes: Fondation des femmes, AFMD, stOpE, trade shows.Benchmarking, active monitoring: identify inspiring initiatives carried out by other companies on selected themes.

Internal missions:

Drafting of newsletters for Xerox employees, with implementation of a communication schedule.Animation of dedicated intranet sites: content selection, layout, planning, publication, monthly reportingAssistance with the development of documents and presentation tools for employees (guides, training, etc.)Benchmarking with other Xerox initiatives worldwide (participation in international meetings)Support for the implementation of action plans: training, webinars, workshops, surveys, reviews and monitoring of take-up rates.Occasional contribution to Xerox events

Profile and skills: You are a Master's student (1st or 2nd year) in HR and/or communications, with a CSR specialization, and with a genuine interest in gender equality, disability and well-being at work.

Excellent interpersonal skills, energy and curiosityExcellent writing and spelling skillsOrganized and rigorousCreative spirit and mastery of design tools (Canva)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint), LinkedIn and collaborative platformsFluent spoken and written English
