Overview Role Description As a Connected Media Planner, you are responsible for managing media campaigns from start to finish. You ensure everything is well-organized — from detailed planning to evaluation and financial wrap-up. You act as the key link between media consultants, specialists, publishers, and our internal teams such as PMX. This role provides a solid foundation in media, giving you the opportunity to grow into a Consultant position or other more specialized media roles. Responsibilities Your responsibilities: Finalizing media plans, including accurate figures, rates, and timings. Coordinating with internal specialists and external publishers. Preparing reports and evaluations, including initial conclusions and recommendations. Creating audience analyses using DGMdata and Nielsen Spend reports, and supporting the Connected Media Consultants in analyzing target groups, competitors, and media opportunities. Briefing and challenging internal specialists to develop concrete in-channel media plans (e.g. Search, Social, AV, (D)OOH, etc.). Monitoring planning, deadlines, and budgets — and proactively reporting on them. Handling administrative tasks such as purchase orders (POs), traffic sheets, and budget updates. Contributing to process optimization and operational improvements. Qualifications What do you bring? You have a sharp eye for detail and are able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. You’re analytically strong and capable of translating data into actionable insights. You’re a skilled communicator, solution-oriented, and proactive in your collaboration with colleagues and clients. You have experience working in media or marketing environments (agency experience is a plus). Familiarity with tools such as DGM, Nielsen, or other media analysis tools is an advantage.
