Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Strategy:Lead the project management team for our China SAP implementation program from initiation through deployment and stabilization. This position supervises 3 direct reports project managers, and indirectly coordinates other project managers in the program.Monitor and govern impacts to program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior stakeholders.Develop and maintain the integrated program plan, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.Be accountable for the preparation of all status reports, both regular cadences and ad hoc needs, following PPG templates and enriching them with your own experience where applicable.Own the day-to-day tracking (project management) of delivery of SAP program workstreams, ensuring alignment with the overall program plan.Drive execution across design, build, test, and deployment phases.Be accountable with your team for the implementation of procedures to monitor resource utilization (time cards, consumption reports, validation of consultants invoices, and others.)Monitor progress against milestones and proactively manage delays or blockers.Stakeholder Management:Serve as the primary point of contact in matters related to project management for executive sponsors, business leaders, and IT leadership.Facilitate multiple regular status update meetings and provide transparent reporting on program status, risks, and issues.Coordinate with the People Readiness Team (Change Management) to align program objectives with organizational change management strategies to ensure stakeholder buy-in and user adoption.Team & Vendor CoordinationCoordinate across functional areas including IT, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, etc. for participation in the program.Oversee vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.Develop procedures to validate Vendor invoices and manage approvals.Risk & Issue ManagementIdentify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues proactively.Ensure that the CRAID log is appropriately managed by all workstreams, and that all Risks and Issues are documented and following a timely resolution process.Implement governance frameworks and escalation procedures to ensure timely resolution.Quality & Compliance:Ensure the program adheres to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.Drive quality assurance processes including testing, validation, and audit readiness.Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and business requirements.Reporting & Communication:Provide regular delivery status updates to the Program Manager and Steering Committee.Maintain dashboards and KPIs to track progress, quality, and team performance.Other responsibilities may be assigned at leadership discretion.Qualifications:
Ability to demonstrate leadership, drive results, solve problems, and possess interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to build detailed project plans and schedules.Capable of managing crises as and when they arise.Self-starter with a commitment to delivering high quality work in a dynamic fast paced environment.5+ years of experience in program/project management leading large-scale ERP implementations.Proven experience managing global teams and multi-country rollouts.Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, etc.).PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or industrial sectors.Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%, depending on program phase and location.About us:
