Your expertise in managing internal and external events might be just what we’re looking for! **Your new role** In this role, you will design, coordinate, and execute internal and external events and congresses for the commercial and transversal areas of the company. You will ensure alignment with marketing and sales teams' needs, compliance with internal processes, and regulatory adherence. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your organizational skills and contribute to operational excellence in corporate event management. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of events, including logistics management, budget oversight, and collaboration with diverse teams. Your responsibilities will include: + Designing, coordinating, and executing internal events such as cycle meetings, conventions, task forces, brand plans, team meetings, onboardings, and bootcamps. + Managing the complete logistics of internal events and ensuring compliance with company policies and processes. + Coordinating national and international congresses, including sponsorships, briefings, logistics, attendance, budget management, and reconciliation in Veeva. + Designing, coordinating, and executing promotional events above €50,000, including supplier coordination, detailed briefings, logistics management, attendance, budget management, and reconciliation in Veeva. + Collaborating with the GBS conferences team to ensure smooth registration processes and KPI tracking. + Working closely with marketing and sales teams to align event objectives with business needs. **Your future team** The Finance & Commercial Excellence Department is a part of the Lu-Iberia Business Unit.
