Mission
Within the R&D department, as a QA, you will be responsible for ensuring product consistency and reliability, ensuring product deliverable.
Qualifications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Define and execute the tests plan on OneService (Time, Travels, Reporting, Portal) Make product validation Require components installation and coordinate the preparation of the test application sites Problem determination on beta sites Check kits and patches to be correct and standard Check the technical documentation Make product build Write the end user and installation manuals Check product performances and design the scenarios for the technical support team that will execute and analyze the application Make testing automation KEY DUTIES/TASKS: Ensure that the application matches the requirements (validation) Define the product consolidation level and goodness indicators Drive the installation of the updates (fixing or new features) Write the reports of the test tracking Report the results of the benchmarksSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Reports to Team Manager Will be expected to work under own initiative for day-to-day tasks in line with overall strategic guidance from manager Rise critical situations (too much mistakes, delays)
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Good knowledge of the products EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: IT school training or experience in software development. Italian language Skill Computer literate, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent knowledge of HR domain (such as payroll, time & attendances, travel & expenses, HRM, Portal)
