This role is located in our Sunnyvale, CA office and has a schedule of 4 days on-site and 1 day remote.
Responsibilities:
Lead Arena PLM administration including part number creation, multi-level BOM management, item master maintenance, ERP synchronization, user access control, and lifecycle state governanceOwn end-to-end change management processes, facilitating CCB meetings, processing ECOs/MCOs/deviations, ensuring technically accurate change documentation, maintaining strict revision control, and verifying proper inventory disposition for contract manufacturersServe as final reviewer of engineering drawings prior to release, validating clarity, dimensions, revision blocks, and GD&T compliance to ASME Y14.5 standards while maintaining SolidWorks templates and ensuring system synchronization between CAD and PLMSupport NPI builds (EVT/DVT/PVT) by ensuring BOM and drawing readiness, collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain, mitigating documentation risks, and driving adherence to company and industry standardsRequired Skills:
Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/universityA track record of commitment to prior employers.3+ years of experience in Configuration Management, PLM Administration, Document Control, or Mechanical Design Support within a hardware or consumer electronics environmentStrong hands-on proficiency in Arena PLM, including complex BOM structuring and ECO workflow managementUnderstanding of 2D detailing and drawing managementUnderstanding of ASME Y14.5 GD&T standardsDemonstrated ownership of Engineering Change processes and documentation controlExperience managing revision control across mechanical and electrical assembliesAbility to work cross-functionally across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chainPreferred:
Certified SolidWorks Professional or similar drafting certificationExperience integrating PLM systems with ERP platforms such as NetSuite or SAPExperience supporting overseas Contract ManufacturersExperience in fast-paced hardware development environmentsWhat's in it for you?

This position offers a base salary range from $145,000 to $199,000 a year, determined by relevant skills and experience, and a generous benefits plan.
