About the Role We’re seeking a detail-driven, systems-minded Configuration & Data Control Manager to lead the integrity, traceability, and compliance of our engineering data across autonomous maritime platforms. This role blends traditional configuration management with CAD administration and government standards expertise—ensuring our products meet the highest thresholds of auditability, reliability, and mission readiness. Key Responsibilities + Oversee configuration control processes across engineering, manufacturing, and software systems + Administer CAD environments (SolidWorks, NX), ensuring version control, template standardization, and integration with PLM systems + Maintain and enforce compliance with MIL standards, including MIL-STD-461 and MIL-HDBK-61, and EIA/ANSI CM frameworks + Prepare and support internal and external audits, including FCA/PCA, with full documentation and traceability + Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Bills of Materials (BOMs), and product baselines across Arena or Teamcenter + Conduct impact analyses and coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and downstream implications of proposed changes + Develop and maintain CM documentation, workflows, and training materials for engineering teams + Drive continuous improvement through automation, data integrity checks, and process refinement Qualifications + 3+ years in configuration/data control within aerospace, defense, or high-compliance engineering environments + Strong working knowledge of MIL-STD-461, MIL-HDBK-61, and EIA/ANSI CM standards + Experience administering CAD tools and managing CAD data across PLM systems + Familiarity with Arena, Teamcenter, or equivalent PLM platforms + Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SQL, Python, or API-based automation is a plus + CM2 certification or equivalent preferred + Exceptional attention to detail, documentation rigor, and cross-functional communication skills What You’ll Bring + A mindset for systems integrity and audit readiness + The ability to translate technical data into actionable insights + A proactive approach to risk mitigation and process improvement + A collaborative spirit that thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $91.00/hr.
