**Responsibilities & Qualifications** The Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) wasestablishedas acomponentof the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in 1962. Specifically, with: + BigFix, + SCCM + JAMF-Pro + Prefer eight (8) or more years’ experience in implementing integration solutions for endpoint management systems in cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. + Prefer eight (8) or more years architecting, implementing, and supporting the implementation and testing of the endpoint management solutions, using a Service Oriented approach. + Prefer eight (8) or more years’ experience designing, developing, and deploying complex solutions in multiple environments. + Prefer eight (8) or more years’ experience and familiarity with Windows Server, Apple workstations, Active Directory, Group Policy/GPO,Vmware, and PowerShell. + Prefer eight (8) or more years’ experience performing software distribution and upgrades. + Prefer experience working directly with security teams to ensure all systems are up to date on patches and meet all security requirements. + Preferexcellenttime-management, quality control and organizational skills, written and oral communication skills, and experiencemaintainingtechnical data and documentation. + SCCM or similar certification preferred. + Preferstrong skills in the following key areas including strategic thinking, multi-tasking, timemanagement, planning and executing to a defined schedule. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** : + Eight (8) or more years’ experience preferred building and operating mission critical networks. + Eight (8)ormore years’ experience preferred in network design, major routing protocols, topology design,network hardware, deviceconfigurationand traffic engineering. + Demonstrated ability to drive andmanage technical projects to completion on schedule, budget, and within defined scope. + Eight (8) ormore years’ hands on experience preferred with Dell network hardware and software. + Three (3) moreyears’preferred implementing Spine/Leaf network topology. **MINIMUM EDUCATION:** Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
