Configuration Analyst, Sr. / TX
**Description:** You will be the Senior Configuration Analyst for the AEGIS/MSE program\. Our team is responsible for ensuring the integrity and consistency of our products and processes, and we're looking for a skilled analyst to join our team\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Senior Configuration Analyst, you will be responsible for leading configuration management activities and ensuring compliance with program requirements\. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams to implement configuration control, manage change requests, and maintain accurate records\. Your responsibilities will include: •Participating in Integrated Product/Process Teams \(IPTs\) and reviewing program planning documentation •Preparing, publishing, and revising the Configuration Management Plan \(CMP\) •Facilitating Configuration Control Board \(CCB\) meetings and establishing workflow teams within the Product Lifecycle Management \(PLM\) database •Reviewing and releasing controlled documents, managing change requests, and coordinating with stakeholders •Analyzing Contract Data Requirements List \(CDRL\)/Subcontractor Data Requirements List \(SDRL\) for contract and task compatibility •Maintaining and updating program directives, tracking tools, and submittal websites **Why Join Us** Do you want to be part of a company culture that empowers employees to think big, lead with a growth mindset, and make the impossible a reality? CITIZEN \- This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance\. **Basic Qualifications:** \- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline \(Industrial Engineering, Business\), or equivalent experience/combined education\. \- Experience facilitating Configuration Change Board Meetings – Experience in data management, configuration status accounting and document release process \- Experience in processing CDRLs/SDRLs in accordance with the Contract SOW, 1423s, and DD250s, and in accordance with the applicable Industry Standards\. \- Windchill experience with release of engineering drawings \- Excellent oral and written communication skills \- Proficient with Microsoft office products **Desired Skills:** \- Software configuration Management experience \- Experience developing Configuration Management Plans \- Strong organizational skills and be detailed oriented towards project management \- Individual must be a self\-starter capable of effectively managing multiple tasks\. **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\.
