Skills and Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience operating Haas CNC machines in a high-precision environment • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., MasterCAM, Fusion 360) • Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming • Project management experience • Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures, process deviations, and quality issues to identify and implement corrective actions
