(CONFIDENTIAL) Executive Director, Global Online
**Description** This role will play an important role in accelerating our online business. This individual will join a new team that will transform our retailer.com business and develop new, critical marketing capabilities. The position will be responsible for deploying and optimizing marketing that maximizes conversion and visibility on key retailer sites. This may include retail media investment, sponsored products, or eMerchandising. This leader will partner with key retailers and to deploy and optimize media campaigns, report on results, and develop new capabilities. + You will collaborate with key stakeholders to craft high⁃performing performance marketing practices, driving strategy and execution against all performance marketing pillars (e.g. search, display, and all onsite features/functionalities) + You will own the marketing analytics and insights, working with data scientists and engineers to build insightful dashboards and measure KPIs that drive growth and revenue. Consistently analyze performance marketing data to drive continuous improvements on retailer sites to drive sales + You will oversee real⁃time⁃execution optimizations ensure efficiency of marketing dollar investments + You will report on quarterly and annual marketing budgets and revenue targets, to be presented to senior leadership within the Online Channel and the North America Region + You will lead the ongoing testing of innovative new channels for customer acquisition + You will partner with Supply Chain & Operations as well as Finance, to ensure sales forecasts are accurate and budgets and revenue targets align with the marketing investment for key shopping moments and high traffic or promotional periods **Qualifications** + You have 10+ years' experience in analytical marketing roles, with hands on keyboard media experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, and/or paid search, specifically with ability to manage and optimize PPC campaigns + You have strong growth marketing skills with retail experience and a deep knowledge of media + You excel at translating insights to actions through analytics and utilization of tools to deliver business outcomes + You have proven experience with retailer media platforms, retailers' first⁃party data, retailer sponsored products, or paid search preferred (e.g., Lazada, Amazon, Shopee, Tmall, AliExpress, Criteo, CitrusAd, etc.) + You are recognized as a thought leader on retail media and paid search best practices and provide ongoing to inform future strategies.
