Skills and Requirements - 15+ years QE, with at least 5 in quality engineering leadership role, in the financial industry. - Strong background in Test environment management. - Technical Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner), and CI/CD pipelines. - Proven experience leading quality transformation initiatives in the financial services or similarly regulated industry. - Leadership & Mentorship to inspire and guide teams. - Change Management for transforming traditional QA practices. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Experience leading transformation initiatives within a mid- to large-sized company. - A strong background in project management. - Hands-on experience in technical delivery.
