R_311794 Conduct & Quality Assurance Manager
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Specialty Governance team at Marsh. Based in London, this hybrid role has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Conduct & Quality Assurance Manager in our team will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with FCA Conduct Rules whilst upholding high standards of quality assurance across all Specialty businesses.
The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, a proactive approach to initiate and deliver process improvement, and facilitation capabilities to drive continuous enhancement across businesses.
We will count on you to:
Use your stakeholder management skills to work closely with the QA offshore team and the Specialty businesses to ensure consistent application of company business standards.Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements and promote a culture of ethical conduct.Actively monitoring compliance metrics through our dynamic Governance Dashboard and other monitoring tools.Collaborate closely with the rest of the team to continuously introduce relevant, real-time metrics and RCA that provides meaningful insights. Your efforts will ensure that we deliver regular, impactful reports on quality and conduct performance driving continuous improvement and excellence across the Specialities.Promote and support the use of root cause analyses (RCAs) with key stakeholders, and monitor RCA outcomes to identify training requirements to support knowledge gaps and identify solutions to improve QA results.Take the initiative to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.Work collaboratively with the Senior Governance Manager to ensure controls are applied and maintained in the business and periodically review their effectiveness.Support the Head of UK Specialty Governance to deliver actions and recommendations from Compliance Monitoring reviews and Internal AuditWhat you need to have:
Good high level understanding of the FCA Conduct Rules and regulatory/statutory requirements.Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and Lloyd’s and London market regulatory knowledge.Demonstrate ability to facilitate and implement improvement initiatives.What makes you stand out?
