Conduct Administrator - Regulatory
We’re looking for a Conduct Administrator in the regulatory industry.

The Conduct Administrator will be responsible for supporting the complaints and discipline process, ensuring compliance with current and upcoming legislation, and providing administrative support to committees and hearings. This is a hybrid position that requires in office 3 days a week in south Edmonton. 

Conduct Administrator responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for formal complaints regarding professional conduct Provide process summaries and maintain confidentiality throughout the complaints process Support committees, hearings, and appeals related to complaints and discipline Collaborate with leadership to ensure processes align with legislation, regulations, and policies Maintain meticulous records, databases, and metrics related to complaints and outcomes Assist with policy development and volunteer coordination Play a key role in transitioning to a new legislative framework expected in 2027 The successful candidate has: Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior administrative role Post-secondary education in administration, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience working in a regulatory environment is an asset Strong business acumen Tech savvy with advanced proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, Excel, Teams and Zoom. Visio is an asset Strong record management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Compensation and benefits: The discussed salary range is $55,000 – $60,000 depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package Lifestyle and health spending account 3 weeks holidays Extremely generous personal days and extra time off RRSP matching program Hybrid and flexible work from home Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
