**Your role and responsibilities**
The Concur Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing client relationships with stakeholder agencies aligned with the deployment and ongoing operations of the GO.gov solution. This role ensures successful onboarding, adoption, optimization, and long-term value realization for clients by acting as a trusted advisor, product expert, and primary point of contact. The consultant partners closely with clients to understand business needs, resolve issues, drive platform optimization, and support ongoing growth and retention. Responsible for onboarding and supporting Concur clients, building stakeholder relationships, advising on best practices, monitoring adoption, leading success reviews, supporting Concur Expense & Travel, and driving process and platform improvements.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
*SAP Concur consulting or administration
*Customer Success or Account Management (SaaS)
*Travel & Expense or AP Automation systems
•Hands-on experience with SAP Concur
•Understanding of expense policies, approval workflows, and compliance requirements
•Familiarity with integrations (ERP, HR, travel booking tools) is a plus
•Ability to analyze usage data, reports, and client KPIs
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
SAP Concur certifications (Expense, Travel)
