Job Title: Concrete Laborer/ Cutter

Location: Boise, ID (Will be traveling across the Treasure Valley to job sites cutting and drilling concrete)

Schedule: 6:45am - Job is complete (most days get off around 4:30pm but somedays go much later)

Pay: $25-26/hr

We are seeking individuals who are eager to work hard and take pride in their projects, whether residential or commercial, ranging from cutting windows in foundations to large-scale projects like temples, dams, and nuclear sites.

ResponsibilitiesOperate, or be willing to learn to operate Wall Saws, Core Drills, Hand Saws, Flat Saws, and Hand (or power) tools.Conduct full building demolitions and renovations.Be comfortable with heavy lifting, working in dusty, wet environments, and getting dirty.Maintain equipment being used with mechanical experience being helpful, though not required.Comply with all safety policies and procedures.Maintain a positive, drug-free work environment.Manage workflow to meet changing priorities and properly complete daily paperwork and vehicle inspection reports.Participate in orientation and safety training on the first day; steel toe shoes required, PPE provided.Essential SkillsExperience in construction or general labor roles.Ability to work in physically demanding environments.Knowledge of concrete finishing and saw operation.Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA certifications are a plus but not required.Mechanical experience is helpful but not required.Experience as a farmhand, ex-military, or in demolition is beneficial.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work involves traveling across the Treasure Valley to various job sites for cutting and drilling concrete. Expect very physically demanding and dirty work, with exposure to the elements. The typical shift starts at 6:45 am and usually ends around 4:30 pm, although some days may extend longer based on project requirements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boise, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
