**Job Title: General Laborer** **Shift:** 7am - finish/6:30pm (M-F) **Pay:** $17/hr **Location:** Westside Jacksonville, (32220) Contract - to - hire **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated general laborers to join our team at a concrete precast facility. You will work with hand and power tools, read tape measures, cut and tie rebar, and form concrete structures. Responsibilities also include pouring concrete, greasing forms, painting, and cleaning the precast production area. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors and be prepared to lift up to 50lbs regularly. **Responsibilities** + Utilize hand and power tools effectively. + Read and interpret tape measures accurately. + Cut and tie rebar for concrete structures. + Form and pour concrete structures. + Grease forms and apply paint where necessary. + Maintain cleanliness in the precast production area. + Work comfortably outdoors and manage outdoor elements. + Lift up to 50lbs regularly. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of experience working outdoors in a labor position such as construction, landscaping, concrete, or framing. + Experience reading and working with tape measures for over a year. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools in a professional setting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in concrete or precast work. + Experience in landscaping, construction, or any outdoor work requiring hand and power tools. **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy full benefits and participate in a profit-sharing program.
