Concrete Foreman
Concrete Foreman - Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Join a growing GC with a self‑perform concrete division. You’ll own one project at a time (minimal overlap), leading 6–20 craftworkers to build commercial shell foundations, multi‑level elevated decks, and post‑tension slabs along the I‑25 Corridor. We want a hands‑on leader who can wear tools when needed—but primarily plan, sequence, and drive the project.

What You’ll DoLead field operations for a single commercial project; plan daily/weekly work, hold kickoff & stand‑ups, and remove roadblocks.Build the work: commercial foundations, post‑tension, multi‑level elevated decks, formwork, and concrete placements.Read & lay out from blueprints; understand elevations; verify dimensions and embeds before pours.Coordinate with the GC to hit schedule milestones; sequence crews, subs, equipment, and inspections.Safety first: partner with Safety to enforce JHAs, PPE, fall protection, and stop‑work authority.Technology & documentation: run field workflows with iPad/Procore, daily logs, photos, timecards, and write RFIs when clarification is needed.Equipment oversight: forklift, warehouse forklift, boom lift, mini‑excavator (operate or supervise qualified operators).Quality control: pour prep, finishing standards, curing, and punchlist closeout.Must‑Have Experience5–7 years in commercial vertical & horizontal concrete at a GC or concrete subcontractor.Strong with form carpentry and leading crews (6–20).Blueprint reading, layout, and elevations (laser levels; total station familiarity a plus).Comfortable with Procore (or similar) and iPad workflows.Proven track record hitting GC schedules and managing inspections.Ability to write clear RFIs and communicate with PM, superintendent, and inspectors.Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation; ability to work across the I‑25 Corridor.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Nice‑to‑HavesPost‑tension experience with stressing/inspection coordination.Elevated deck shoring/reshores planning.Concrete finishing standards for TI, park work, and multifamily.Lift certifications; OSHA‑10/30; First Aid/CPR.Where You’ll WorkProjects primarily along Colorado’s I‑25 Corridor (Front Range).Mostly one project at a time; minimal overlap between jobs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $43.00/hr.
