Essel is hiring a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dedicated team! In this critical role, you will be responsible for the finishing of concrete surfaces to ensure durability and aesthetics for a variety of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and work with concrete mixes to achieve specific requirements for different projects. Apply concrete finishes to surfaces including sidewalks, floors, walls, and curbs. Use various tools and equipment to shape, smooth, and polish the concrete surface. Conduct final inspections to ensure the concrete meets the necessary quality and specifications. Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to ensure project timelines are adhered to. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols. Assist in the setup and teardown of forms and shoring as needed.
