If you’ve got the hands-on expertise and stamina to thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment, we want to hear from you! **🔨 Responsibilities** + Work behind a paver in a high-speed setting + Tie rebar and lay wire mesh with precision + Use mag floats and trowels for smooth concrete finishing + Form and finish curbs and other concrete structures **✅ Essential Skills** + 3+ years of concrete finishing experience (paving and curbing focus) + Proficiency with mag floats, trowels, and rebar tying **💪 Additional Qualifications** + Experience in construction, heavy equipment operation, or carpentry + Ability to read blueprints and perform general labor tasks **🌤 Work Environment** + Outdoor construction site with exposure to weather and heavy equipment + Approx. 55 hours/week, including half-day Saturdays + Physically demanding role requiring strength and endurance **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $33.00/hr.
