Concrete Plant Supervisor x 2

We're on the lookout for 2 proven leaders to take the reins in these newly created Concrete Batcher/Plant Supervisor roles at our new high-output site to service the Waterloo Corner precast segment project. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, know concrete, and can lead from the front while managing people, production, and safety, we want to hear from you.

These roles are due to commence in September 2025. These positions will be paid at an hourly rate, and we anticipate yearly earnings to be at least 150K prior to tax.

What you’ll be doing:

Running batching and loading equipment with speed and precisionCoordinate with the Project Manager and site teams to meet daily production targets.Making smart decisions that directly impact plant performance and bottom-line resultsLeading safety by example through conversations, coaching, and a strong safety cultureOptimising cycle times through the plant to keep things movingOverseeing maintenance and ensuring compliance with all company standardsConducting site meetings and contributing to operational discussionsBuilding strong relationships with a tier 1 clientMonitoring mixer performance and maintaining top-tier quality control

What we’re looking for:

A natural leader who motivates teams and consistently hits targetsSolid understanding of concrete production processes and plant equipmentStrong safety mindset with experience enforcing WHS protocolsConfident communicator with great stakeholder management skillsPractical problem-solver with a knack for planning ahead and troubleshooting on the flyAbility to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing teamRelevant tickets and qualifications (e.g., White Card, FEL, forklift license) are desirable.Experience using Dorner batch control systems is highly desirable. Experience with wet batch plants is also beneficial.

Shift Pattern:

12-hour rotating shiftsDays: 6am to 6pmNights: 6pm to 6am2 weeks on days, 2 weeks on nights
