As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Competitive hourly wage of $24.75 We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Part-time work with the schedule from Sunday to Monday with shifts time: 07:00-15:30 or 15:30-00:00  Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities for Concierge Security Guard Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors Manage access control Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Perform computer tasks Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Answer questions in person or by phone Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard Be authorized to legally work in Canada Hold a valid BC security worker license Hold a valid AST (required) First aid certification (an asset)  Exceptional customer service skills and de-escalation experience Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
