Opportunity is calling for an experienced Full Time Doorperson to join our team at Australia’s largest hotel.
Located adjacent to Darling Harbour in Sydney's Central Business District (CBD), Hyatt Regency Sydney is a haven of relaxation for the business or leisure traveller. As Sydney's largest premium hotel, the hotel boasts 878 guestrooms, multiple dining experiences and event spaces. The hotel offers more than 3,700 sq m of sleek meeting and event space in the heart of the city featuring two spacious ballrooms with views of Darling Harbour and 22 additional meeting rooms.

The Role:
As our Doorperson, you will play key role in the operations of our Hotel and often serve as the very first impression to our property. Supervising the drive way, you will manage the flow of traffic and work collaboratively with the Bell Attendants to load/unload guest luggage. You will hold strong knowledge of or hotel facilities and guide guests to surrounding areas and attractions. With a warm and professional manner, you will provide exceptional guest service greeting and farewelling all guests and visitors.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
Previous experience with delivering premium customer experience
Exceptional interpersonal and verbal skills
Ability to work in a high-volume and fast paced environment
Highly organised and able efficiently multitask
Excellent grooming and personal presentation
Valid Australian working rights
Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster and 38 hours per week
