**JOB** **PURPOSE:**
The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is vital in fostering a welcoming, safe, and responsive environment that enhances the quality of life for residents in an assisted living community.
**KEY** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Greet** **residents,** **visitors,** **and** **staff** **warmly** **and** **professionally**
1. Managefrontdeskoperationsincludingansweringphones,respondingtoinquiries,and directing calls appropriately
2. Monitorvisitoraccessandmaintainsecurityprotocols
3. Assistresidentswithrequestssuchastransportationscheduling, appointmentreminders, and general information
4. Coordinatewithotherdepartmentstoensuretimelyservicedelivery(e.g.,maintenance, housekeeping, dining)
5. Maintainaccuratelogsandrecords(e.g.,visitor sign-in,packagedeliveries,resident requests)
6. Supporteventcoordinationandcommunityprogrammingasneeded
7. Respondtoemergencysituationscalmlyandinaccordancewithfacilityprotocols
8. Upholdconfidentialityandrespectforresidentprivacyatall times.
**MINIMUM** **EDUCATION** **REQUIRED:**
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
**MINIMUM** **EXPERIENCE** **REQUIRED:**
Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare
