What you’ll do
As our Concierge Assistant Manager, you will:
Welcome guests with warmth, confidence and personalityCreate seamless arrival and departure experiencesShare thoughtful, locally inspired recommendations across dining, culture, beaches, shopping and experiencesAssist with restaurant reservations, transport, activities and special requestsAnticipate guest needs and create personalised moments throughout their stayBuild strong relationships with local venues, operators and experience partnersWork closely with Front Office, Guest Services and other hotel colleagues to ensure every guest journey feels effortlessStay curious about what is happening across the Gold Coast and continually discover new places worth sharingConcierge Assistant Manager
