Job Description

Concierge Agent:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Concierge Agent to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Concierge Agent, you will be the go-to person for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Greet guests warmly and offer professional, consistent, and engaging service Anticipate guests' needs and make informed suggestions for activities, dining, and local attractions Assist guests with making reservations for travel, dining, and special events Serve as a knowledgeable liaison between guests and all aspects of the hotel Provide accurate and up-to-date information about hotel services and local area attractions Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently and courteously Maintain an organized and tidy concierge desk area Stay informed about local events, attractions, and changes in hotel services Assist with additional guest services such as luggage storage, transportation arrangements, and special requests Qualifications Previous experience in a similar concierge or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry Outstanding guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel (experience with Property Management Systems is a plus) Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment In-depth knowledge of Cairo's attractions, restaurants, events, and local culture Multilingual skills are highly desirable Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage when necessary High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality or tourism is a plus Additional Information
