Job Title: Concierge / Guest Service Representative (Part-Time)
Job Description
The Concierge / Guest Service Representative provides a welcoming, luxury lifestyle experience for all guests and tenants by delivering exceptional front-of-house service at a high-end property. This role greets and assists visitors, supports tenants and building personnel, and serves as a knowledgeable ambassador for the property, its amenities, and the surrounding community across in-person, phone, email, and digital channels.
Responsibilities
+ Greet and assist all guests and property personnel in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner upon arrival and throughout their visit.
+ Deliver consistently helpful, friendly, and polished service, taking pride in creating a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
+ Define, communicate, and uphold high standards of guest service at all times, ensuring a luxury lifestyle experience for all visitors.
+ Provide information and assistance to guests in person, by phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
+ Sign in all authorized visitors in accordance with building policies, rules, and regulations, verifying authorization and ensuring proper access control.
+ Maintain a strong, up-to-date knowledge of property offerings and guide guests to appropriate showrooms, dining options, services, and amenities.
+ Inform guests of and encourage engagement with center-wide retailers, promotions, and events, proactively suggesting relevant opportunities.
+ Anticipate guest needs by reading their mood and style, identifying suitable services and solutions before being asked.
+ Develop and maintain strong working relationships with building management, showroom tenants, retailers, service providers, and nearby businesses.
+ Answer and respond to tenant phone calls and emails throughout the day, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance.
+ Offer clear guidance and information to tenants and visitors regarding building services, amenities, and procedures.
+ Remain familiar with building management and security protocols and promptly direct any issues or concerns to the appropriate management or security contacts.
+ Develop and sustain professional relationships with key employee and tenant contacts to support smooth building operations and guest satisfaction.
+ Support event-related activities as needed, applying strong event planning skills to enhance guest and tenant experiences.
+ Represent the host team with pride and ownership, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing service culture.
Essential Skills
+ Proven customer service orientation with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
+ Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing, and to collaborate well within a team environment.
+ Strong event planning skills to support property events and guest engagement activities.
+ Strong attention to detail in guest interactions, visitor sign-in procedures, and communication with tenants.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while accommodating and communicating with a broad range of clientele.
+ Comfort with front desk operations, including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and managing visitor flow.
+ Basic data entry and administrative support skills for logging visitors, updating records, and handling routine office tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bilingual skills are a plus; Japanese and Korean language abilities are preferred.
+ Experience in customer service, front desk, receptionist, or administrative support roles is highly beneficial.
+ Ability to quickly learn and maintain strong knowledge of the property, including showrooms, retailers, and services.
+ Familiarity with the local community, including modes of transportation, dining, lodging, and attractions.
+ Outgoing, upbeat, and friendly demeanor, with the ability to quickly understand which services are most appropriate for each guest.
+ Demonstrated pride in work and a sense of ownership in contributing to the success of the host and concierge team.
Work Environment
This role is based on-site at a high-end property and operates primarily at the front desk or concierge area, serving as the first point of contact for guests, tenants, and visitors. The work environment is fast-paced and guest-focused, requiring frequent in-person interactions as well as communication by phone, email, and digital channels. You will collaborate closely with building management, security, showroom tenants, retailers, and other service providers. Professional attire is expected to align with the luxury, front-of-house setting and to reflect the premium service standards of the property.

This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
