Job Description: The concierge is the facility representative, providing services to all residents and their families and who can promote exemplary customer service experience to each resident and his/her family/representative, from the point of admission to the point of transfer/discharge.

About the Role: The Belmont Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Concierge-To build relationshipsTo multi-task and have excellent organizational skillsTo communicate information of interest or concern pertaining to residents to superiors To maintain a positive and uplifting personality able to handle requests/concerns of residents and family members.
About you: The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:High school graduate and/or equivalent highly desirableCertified by the State of Indiana as a CNA (preferred, not required)Must be able to read, write and follow oral instructionsMust exhibit good organizational skillsMust exhibit the ability to establish rapport with residents, family members, representatives, and staff members
