**What you’ll do**
+ Welcome and support tenants, visitors and clients across the precinct
+ Manage concierge services including visitor registration and customer requests
+ Activate community experiences through events, wellness programs and giveaways
+ Provide digital and onsite engagement, including content for social channels
+ Assist facilities management with passes, contractors, inspections and compliance
**What you’ll bring**
+ A genuine passion for people and delivering exceptional service
+ Previous experience in hospitality, events, customer service or concierge roles
+ Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and tech confidence
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive, positive approach
+ Experience in premium hotels, A-grade buildings or luxury environments (desirable)
