Position Overview


The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for visitors and provides professional, welcoming service at facility reception areas. This role manages visitor flow, handles inquiries, coordinates meeting spaces, and supports general administrative functions while maintaining a positive impression of the venue.

Qualifications


Education and Experience

Diploma/Higher Diploma in any disciplineAt least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service environmentPreferably from property management, facilities management, hotel, or customer service industriesHolder of valid Security Personnel PermitSkills and KnowledgeGood command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)Excellent customer service and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese word processingPersonal AttributesCheerful and welcoming demeanorProactive approach to serviceWell-organized with attention to detailAbility to work independentlyPleasant personality with strong people skills

Key Responsibilities

Greet and guide visitors in a warm and professional mannerCoordinate with stakeholders including Authority employees and tenantsMaintain a presentable, tidy, and organized reception areaHandle visitor registration, requests, inquiries, and complaintsProvide information about the venue and available servicesAnswer and direct incoming calls in a polite and efficient mannerRespond to visitor inquiries professionally and accuratelyRelay messages to appropriate staff membersMaintain clear communication with facility departmentsAdminister meeting and conference room bookingsHandle internal and external mailCoordinate with courier companies for outbound mail and parcelsProcess carpark redemption for visitorsProvide general administrative support as neededCompliance and PresentationEnsure compliance with management regulations and requirementsWear prescribed uniform and maintain professional appearanceWork on assigned shifts including potential overtimeReport any security concerns or unusual activitiesMaintain visitor logs and access records as requiredAssist with registration for events and meetingsDirect attendees to appropriate venuesSupport event logistics as neededCoordinate with event teams during special functions

Additional Duties

Provide general administrative and event supportHandle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the AuthoritySupport special projects or initiatives as neededPrimarily stationed at reception/front desk areasShift-based work schedule that may include evenings and weekendsPublic-facing role requiring extended periods of standingProfessional dress code/uniform requirement
