Role Overview
The Concession Manager will lead the commercial and operational success of the Michael Kors concession channel. Acting as the central point of contact between all key stakeholders, this role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring a relevant and compelling product offering, overseeing daily operations, maintaining visual merchandising excellence, and fostering strong relationships with our retail partners.
What you'll do:
Sales & Commercial Performance
Drive and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and key business metricsAnalyse sales performance and customer trends to identify business opportunities and implement action plans.Influence product strategy by working closely with the buying and planning team to ensure localized and commercially viable assortments.Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and field teams to align store presentation with trade performance insights.Partner with Marketing to activate footfall-driving initiatives (e.g. events, pop-ups, branded assets).Lead internal field calls, concession reviews, and quarterly business reviews with department store stakeholders.Partner with Finance to review and manage P&L, executing targeted actions to drive profitability.Business Development
Identify new commercial opportunities to grow the concession channel.Lead and coordinate new store openings, closures, or relocations.Assess refurbishment opportunities to elevate brand experience and performance.Develop strong partnerships and regular communication with retailer partners to support business development.Operational Excellence
Ensure promotional strategies are implemented consistently both internally and in collaboration retail partners.Work cross-functionally with eCommerce and Wholesale teams to ensure alignment on pricing, inventory, and product strategies.Ensure contracts and operating agreements with department store partners are up to date and well maintained.You'll need to have:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a retail or wholesale management role, within a luxury or premium fashion brandStrong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret and act on dataProven ability to lead and project manage across multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Spanish and EnglishWe'd love to see:
