Job Description As a Research Engineer - Computer Vision you will work with a Fortune 100 client of Insight Global and their external customers to define, build, and execute strategic research and development programs focused in Computer Vision and Autonomous Systems. Skills and Requirements Position Requirements: • BS + 5 years' experience or MS + 3 years' experience or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline with experience in design and development of computer vision software. • Strong execution track record. • Experience in systems architecture, design, and system integration. • Experience programming in C/C++/Python. • Experience in software engineering and software architecture • Experience developing camera and sensor drivers • Experience in integrating software, into working systems. • Experience with robotic perception, sensor fusion, and computer vision. • Possess superior problem-solving skills and independent decision-making abilities, all while operating in an extremely demanding, fast-paced team setting.
