Included technologies are personal computers, mobile devices, data projectors, video and audio devices, Windows and Mac operating systems and software. Responsibilities include end user support, hardware service, installations of OS and applications, and asset management. **Responsibilities** Provide first level of computer and classroom technology support. Setup and deployment of computers. Maintaining asset management data. Performing equipment receiving, retiring, and other inventory processes. Equipment maintenance and arranging vendor service. Other duties as assigned. This position requires on-site attendance at the UCL facility in Research Park. Shift selection is flexible within the constraints of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. **Work Environment and Level of Frequency typically required** Nearly Continuously: Office environment. **Physical Requirements and Level of Frequency that may be required** Nearly Continuously: Sitting, hearing, listening, talking. Often: Repetitive hand motion (such as typing), walking, lifting computers and monitors onto storage shelves and desks, bending, reaching overhead. **Minimum Qualifications** Associate’s degree in a computer related field and two years of experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required. Demonstrated computer skills, human relations and effective communication skills are required. **Preferences** Familiarity with system imaging and software deployment tools is favorable.
