Computer Systems Engineer Architect Washington, DC - onsite Security Clearance: TS/SCI Experience : At least 8-10 years of experience interpreting complex requirements; and designing, developing, and implementing applications systems and components using Microsoft Development Tools (.NET, MVC). Experience in the architectural design of software development. Managed and led enterprise-wide software development efforts. Demonstrated experience creating, modifying, maintaining, testing, and implementing complex software applications. Possess a strong understanding of Object-oriented design (OOD). Strong experience developing applications using the Agile methodology. Flexible, highly motivated, self-starter who is able to handle multiple projects. Good oral and written communication skills. Education : Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, related field, or related experience.
