Computer Support / Infrastructure Engineer – JP41857

Summary: Seeking a Computer Support / Infrastructure Engineer to provide operational support for computing environments and manage desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Deskside/desktop support experience AV experience 1 year of IT experience

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor's or associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

Provide operational support following established procedures Manage onsite desktop hardware and software troubleshooting Perform standard processes for computer deployments and asset lifecycle management Document and distribute information, maintain basic records, and update assets Recognize and resolve problems with pre-established solutions Maintain equipment, supplies, data supporting processes or operations

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
