Summary: Seeking a Computer Support/Infrastructure Engineer for Tier 2 desktop support in a manufacturing environment during 3rd shift.
Knowledge of computing and networking concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet functions
Understanding of computer security policies
1 year or more IT experience preferred; recent college graduates considered
Preferred Skills:
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experienceResponsibilities:
Provide onsite deskside Tier 2 support
Perform imaging, software installation, and troubleshooting
Resolve trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues
Update assets in Asset Center and follow KB articles for problem resolution
Maintain equipment, supplies, and data records
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
