Summary: Seeking a Computer Support Associate/Infrastructure Engineer to provide Tier 2 desktop support in a manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge of computing and networking concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet functions Understanding of computer security policies Minimum of 1 year IT experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Provide operational support for computing environments Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Perform imaging of computers and resolve trouble tickets Document information and update asset records Maintain equipment, supplies, and data supporting operations

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
