**Duration: 6 Months (Hybrid)** **Job Description:** + As part of the Compute Planning Strategy & Operations (CPSO) team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient allocation and usage of compute resources for research teams. + You’ll develop operational processes, implement tools, and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to optimize infrastructure utilization. **Responsibilities:** + Design, implement, and maintain operational processes and tools for compute resource management. + Manage and optimize compute resource allocation across research teams. + Coordinate timelines, communications, and stakeholder engagement for implementations. + Define, track, and report metrics to monitor utilization, efficiency, and planning accuracy. + Configure and maintain automation tools to support resource allocation. + Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and escalate when necessary. + Create user guides, process documentation, and internal training materials. + Collaborate with engineers, program managers, researchers, and SREs to forecast demand, prioritize allocations, and streamline workflows. **Experience (Mandatory):** + 3+ years of experience in technical program management or operations, with a background in resource planning, infrastructure management, or process optimization. + Experience with compute resource tools and capacity planning. + Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. + Experience driving process improvements and measuring impact through metrics. **Experience (Desired):** + Familiarity with machine resource provisioning, allocating, and queueing/scheduling systems. + Familiarity with accounting-based and/or capacity planning principles. + Experience performing data analysis, building metrics systems, and tooling. **Education:** + BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
