Role and Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

Technical support to HVAC OEM customers during qualification and reliability activities  Assist OEM customers in identifying and qualifying compressor opportunitiesAssist as needed in developing the customer's business case for new concept solutionsPerform detailed engineering analysis to quantify cost savings or other customer benefitsDevelop submittals/presentations including drawings, test results, and project milestonesCommunication channels between Korea HQ and customers during sales activitiesBuild new and maintain B2B relations by creating new business opportunitiesPlan and coordinate supply chain management with OEM customers and HQ

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degrees in engineeringGood written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable working in customer-facing situationsPossesses strong analytical capabilities and the ability to manage tasks associated with development projectsAbility to travel approximately. 10%  domestic (OEM manufacturing and R&D sites)Bilingual in Korean and EnglishProblem solving
