Primary purpose:
The Compression Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient operations of the Yates compression fleet, and supervision of ten compression operators and four SCADA controllers. The current Yates compression fleet consists of nineteen machines (10 gas fired, 9 E-drives), 76,000 BHP that compresses and reinjects ~400 MMCFD between Yates Gas Plant (YGP) and 5 other compression stations distributed across the Yates field. The Operations Supervisor maintains employee work schedules, optimizes compression processes and trains employees to achieve maximum compression runtime. The position is highly demanding requiring detailed knowledge of complex operations, the ability to work in a team environment and the competency to make rapid business decisions to protect the public and the asset.

7 years minimum experience in oil and gas industry.
