Job Description

Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu)

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Sourcing & Procurement

Identify, evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilitiesNegotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing and service levelsSupport on timely delivery of materials and services to meet operational requirements.

Cost Management

Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to identify cost saving and opportunitiesAnalyze procurement data to optimize spending and reduce wasteMaintain purchasing activities within budgetary constraintsTrack and report on budget performance and variancesIdentify and implement cost reduction strategies through process improvements, product redesigns and supplier collaborationWork cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams to drive technical efficiencies

Supplier Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliersSupport on supply chain issues and ensure continuity of supplyCollaborate with suppliers to improve performance and innovation

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fieldsAdvanced or fluent EnglishProven experience in Purchasing area, preferably in direct purchasingGood understanding and knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
