Job DescriptionResearch and identify potential suppliers for goods and services required by the organization.Obtain quotes and negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.Issue purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain detailed records of procurement transactions and supplier information.Assist in evaluating supplier performance and identifying opportunities for improvement or cost savings.Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support procurement objectives.Updating purchasing tools and KPI`s and following up tasks.Manage the company car fleet and related topics.May have small project administration responsibilities.Receive corporate visitors and business executives and make their travel arrangements in NA region.Coordinate, create, edit and assemble information for use in reports, discussions, meetings and presentations and provide assistance with graphs, tables and charts.Help the MA/PUR-NA head of department to track the main PUR KPI`s and follow up when necessaryMay take, transcribe, and distribute minutes and facilitate high level meetings.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field requiredAdvanced English proficiency, both written and verbalMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain managementStrong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliersExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyKnowledge of international trade regulations and practicesStrong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and processing ordersAbility to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersFamiliarity with automotive industry procurement practices is a plus
