We are looking for a candidate with strong Supervisory and Leadership experience. This position will be responsible for coaching and developing their team as well as a high volume of new hires. + Experience with blending in OTC or food applications is a preferred but a strong understanding of these jobs and how the department runs is required. + This position would have a heavy focus on training, documentation, driving accountability, and quality. + This position would need to cover weekends as needed.
