We are seeking a skilled Composites Technician to support the development and maintenance of manufacturing processes for aerospace composite components. This role involves hands-on work with tooling design, production support, and continuous process improvement to enhance quality, efficiency, and delivery performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, document, and maintain accurate processes for composite manufacturing, including operation sheets and BOMsCollaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actionsSupport the design and rework of tooling, including silicone rubber, urethane, and engineered plasticsAssist in quoting complex processes and provide input to estimating teamsMonitor production flow and implement improvements to reduce cost and improve efficiencyQualifications and RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in composites or a related aerospace manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of non-metallic materials and bonding processesAbility to interpret and create manufacturing documentation and tooling designsProficient in identifying root causes and implementing corrective actionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindsetYour New Organization
