**Job Title: Composite Supervisor - Indianapolis, IN**
**Job Description:**
+ We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carbon Supervisor to join our team.
+ This position focuses on the lamination of carbon fiber automotive parts using advanced infusion processing techniques.
+ You will fabricate and adjust precision carbon fiber components using tools like calipers, die grinders, drills, sanders, air saws, and rivet guns.
+ Your role will include preparing and executing resin infusion processes, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting to achieve optimal results.
**Essential Skills:**
+ Experience with precision measuring tools and blueprint interpretation.
+ Hands-on experience with manual machining tools such as calipers, drills, grinders, sanders, etc.
+ Knowledge of epoxy resins and composite materials.
**Compensation:**
+ Pay ranges from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour.
**Shift:**
+ 1st shift 7am - 3:45pm (open to OT)

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
